Start with a 15-minute call
No pitch, no slide deck, no obligation. I ask three things:
- What do you make?
- What are you paying now, landed?
- What broke — or what are you afraid is about to?
At the end of it you get a straight answer on whether this is worth pursuing, including when it isn't. If Latin America isn't the right move for your product, I'll say so on that call and you'll have lost fifteen minutes.
What to send ahead (optional, and it helps)
- Product category and a rough spec or photo
- Annual volume and current unit cost
- Where you source today and what your lead time looks like
- The specific thing that prompted you to look
None of it is required. If you'd rather just say "we make injection-molded housings and our lead times are killing us," that's plenty to start.
What happens with your information
Your specs, volumes, costs, and supplier names stay confidential. I don't share them, publish them, or use them in examples without written permission. Any case study I publish is anonymized unless a client explicitly agrees otherwise.
If you're a supplier
If you manufacture in Latin America and want to be listed in the directory, email the same address with your company name, location, sector, and capabilities. Listing is free. It is not an endorsement, and it can't be bought — nothing on this site is pay-to-play, and I'd like to keep it that way.
